Join the 7-Day Immune Challenge to create new habits that will support immune resilience and enhance immunity! This time we have health experts and health nuts joining us, so you don’t just get me - you get a community!

With the cold and flu season upon us, and the current health pandemic (not to mention economic and emotional challenges we’re facing), there’s never been a more important time to take your health into your own hands.

There are some simple and no-nonsense strategies we can be integrating into our day to enhance immune function. Food choices, sleep patterns and lifestyle habits have the power to support immune resilience and support white blood cells. For example, one night of poor sleep (less than 6 hours) has been shown to significantly reduce your natural killer cells, which are your white blood cells that come out firing at pathogens including bacteria and viruses.

You’ll learn about your immune response and ways to boost it, including water intake, immune enhancing food, sleep patterns, new breathing activities, natural stress management techniques and so much more!

All you need to do to join us is enrol and commit to 7 minutes of ‘Immune Time’ each day, it’s that simple.

Each day for 7 days, you’ll receive a daily email from me. You need a few minutes to review the email and watch the video from me and a few minutes to implement a new immune habit! Plus, there will be interactive private FB group so you’ve got access to immune boosting recipes, our immune checklist and stay inspired from others doing the immune challenge!
