Q: Who is homeopathy for?
A: Homeopathy is for anyone that lives in the real world. Whether you like a morning coffee and/or evening wine, or you enjoy travelling and/or eating different foods, or you’re feeling run down, susceptible to colds and flus, and having ongoing issues with gut health, mood, sleep, etc, homoeopathy can benefit you!
Homeopathy is the second largest form of medicine in the world - it’s used across the globe for babies, children and adults in a number of first aid situations like shock, birth, cuts, bites, falls and pain, and for acute complaints and health issues like cold/flu, cough, conjunctivitis, teething, headaches, migraines, skin issues, sleep issues, anxiety and so many more health challenges! Homeopathy is safe for all ages and has no contraindications with medication or supplements, making it an easy, effective and affordable choice when it comes to using natural medicine in your own home!

Q: What remedies are included in the family kit?
A: The family kit includes 18 of the top remedies for you to use to support acute complaints, common childhood ailments and to support your health. The kit includes Aconite, Anas barb, Apis, Arnica, Arsencium alb, Belladonna, Bryonia, Chamomilla, Cina, Gelsemium, Hepar Sulph, Ignatia, Ledum, Nux vom, Pulsatilla, Rhus tox and Spongia.
Q: How do I know which remedy to use?
A: When you receive your homeopathic kit, you don’t just get the remedies; you also receive a 15-page flyer, which educated you so you feel empowered to use your remedies correctly. You also receive an eBook so you can refer to it when you’re out and about.
These books walk you through which remedy to use, and when. Essentially, you choose a remedy for yourself/your child that best matches the symptoms (including physical and emotional symptoms).
The eBook and guide both have a handy table of content page, so you can flick to that page and choose the symptom/ailment, and you’ll be given the exact page to turn to with a handful of remedies to choose.
Q: How useful is the family kit?
A: It gives you 18 of the most popular homeopathic remedies for your home, so you can address a number of first aid situation, childhood ailments and acute health complaints, including anxiety, bites, bruises, burns, cuts, cold/flu, colic, cough, conjunctivitis, digestive issues including bloating, colic and diarrhoea/gastro, earache, fever, headache, mastitis, restlessness, sleep issues, skin issues, toothache, tonsillitis and worms.
Q: Do homeopathic remedies in the kit have an expiry date?
A: If you took one dose (1-2 drops) of a remedy every single day, each bottle would last you for over six months. Now, you wouldn’t use every remedy, every day, which is why the remedies are preserved in alcohol and filtered water, which preserves them for at least 2 years.
Q: What is the cost of shipping?
A: Homeopathic kits cost $20-25, Australia wide, for shipping.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: The first thing to remember is that homeopathic kits are made to order. Before they can be shipped, they are created for you. I hand make every single remedy in every single kit (and I wouldn’t change a thing). Once you’ve placed an enquiry on the website, you’ll receive with an invoice via email within 1-2 business days. Once you’ve paid that invoice to finalise your order, your kit is shipped within 1-2 business days, occasionally it may take slightly longer. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Allow 2-3 business days for deliveries to NSW, VIC and QLD, and allow 5-7 business days for deliveries to NT, SA, WA and TAS. This refers to metro areas, regional areas may take slightly longer.
Q: When can I buy these kits?
A: The homeopathic kits will be available to purchase on the website for one week, every three months. Because I hand make every remedy in every kit, I want to ensure I respond to enquiries and orders in a timely manner, and continue to meet all of my commitments to current patients, for clinic-based consultations and online consultations.
