How it works?

We will take the guesswork out and remove the decision fatigue and overwhelm when you open the fridge or pantry and you’re thinking ‘what the heck SHOULD I eat?’. We will help you understand the basics of what should be on your plate for each meal. We’ll also cover portion sizes (trust me when I say we don’t recommend weighing your food, counting calories or anything like that!). You’ll also learn hands-on strategies for stress management, as well as kitchen hacks for creating nutritious meals.
