No-one wants to say "no" to a homemade brownie, and nor should you need to in the name of health! This is a raw brownie that can be made within 10 minutes. It's made from just 6 nutritious ingredients and contains zero wheat, dairy and refined sugar.

The brownie base is choc-a-block with prebiotics (thanks to oats - an amazing source of resistant starch, which feed your gut bugs), as well as buckwheat groats, which are a source of fibre including starch!

Ingredients:

Base:

  • 1/2 cup oats 

  • 1 cup buckwheat groats

  • 2 TBSP coconut oil (melted)

  • 3 TBSP cacao/carob powder

  • 2 TBSP maple syrup

  • 2 pinches Himalayan salt


Topping:

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)

  • 1/3 cup cacao/carob powder

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup coconut cream

  • 1 pinch Himalayan salt
